Creative Drama Project

This term saw our girls making their stage debut at the Southbank Centre for the Belief & Beyond Belief festival.  With support from 3FF, we collaborated with Salman Siddiqui and Karol Silva from MUJU who directed and choreographed the performance.  Initially, students examined the first sin committed by man, the eating of the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. They went onto analyse what sins humans are tempted by now, to ultimately consider what the forbidden fruit is of our times.  They explored themes surrounding social media, peer pressure, gambling, alcohol & drugs, bullying and broken families.  Their performance was well received by the audience and we hope to be delivering another exciting and creative project soon.
